The main objective of a degree in Management and Marketing is to gain knowledge and develop practical skills that are in demand in the local and global labour market.

We educate future managers in such fields as strategic management, human resources management, project management, business information and communications management, CSR, marketing, sales, and international and intercultural management.

We prepare students for employment as experts, managers, and independent researchers, as well as specialists in the fields of HR, PR, CSR, and communications and information. We teach effective decision-making, analytical and critical thinking, and entrepreneurship.

 

Key points:

  • The classes are taught by practitioners of management, business and strategic planning, as well as specialists in the field of human resources, including Dr Małgorzata Baran, Zofia Telakowska, Karolina Lignar-Paczocha, Liliana Anam, Ryszard Michalczyk, Sławomir Hybsz, Zbigniew Turliński and Krzysztof Manthey. Our lecturers comprise coaches, specialists, and practitioners in advertising, marketing and branding, as well as professionals from advertising agencies, public relations firms and media houses.
  • Some of the curricula have been developed in partnership with employers, including the Association of Employers for Internet Business (Interactive Advertising Bureau Poland—IAB Polska) and the SAR Association for Marketing Communication.
  • Selected specializations entitle the student to prepare for the Digital Marketing Qualification (DIMAQ) certificate, issued by IAB Polska. DIMAQ is the first programme in Poland that standardizes and verifies digital marketing competence.
  • Students hone their practical skills through internships in well-known global companies that cooperate with Collegium Civitas, including Nestlé Polska, Coca Cola Poland Services, Volkswagen Bank Polska, Telewizja Polska S.A., Citibank International Limited, PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. [Polish state railways], Deutsche Bank Polska, Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT, KPMG, HAYS Polska, and Lionbridge Technologies.
  • Numerous workshop activities conducted by business practitioners prepare students thoroughly for future professional challenges including those related to running your own business.
