In Warsaw you can travel around by buses, trams and underground train (metro). Student can benefit from 50 % discount on public transport. Currently a one way student ticket costs 2,20 PLN.

As Palace of Culture and Science, where Collegium Civitas is based is located in the strict city centre, you will have no problem commuting to class everyday. Public transport in Warsaw is cheap and safe.
A monthly city card is 55,00 PLN (the student’s fare).

Warsaw’s underground has two lines, which goes south-north and east-west. Both lines cross near the Palace of Culture and Science. The underground operates between 5 a.m. and 11.15 p.m during the weekdays and till 2 a.m. during Fridays and Saturdays.

The average cost of taxi is 2,20 PLN per kilometer. We recommend using corporate taxis (with a visible telephone number).
