How to apply

If you are interested in studying at Collegium Civitas as an exchange student, please contact an Erasmus coordinator at your University or the Office for International Cooperation of Collegium Civitas.

Admission process under exchange agreements is simple. Fill in and send us the exchange student application form 305.00 KB or Erasmus application form. You can download the application form or request it via e-mail from our Office for International Cooperation. Applying outside the Erasmus program should also provide Reference form, official Transcript of Records and  Learning Agreement 298.50 KB

Application deadlines for exchange students:

Fall semester: August 10
Spring semester: December 1
