Doctor of military sciences, expert in strategic studies. Deputy chief editor of the “Aviation” Polish magazine, cooperates with several leading media, 2001 – 2007 European correspondent of the “Journal of Electronic Defense”. Former pilot on supersonic aircrafts, instructor. Participated in foreign military missions (former Yugoslavia, Iraq, Kuwait). Afterwards, analyst  at the Headquarters of Polish Airforce. Author of a few hundred papers and articles as well as of several books on aviation and military issues.
