A sociologist, educator and educational therapist, she is also a coach in psychosocial skills. She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, the PAN Institute of Political Studies and Collegium Civitas. Her current interests include the psychological analysis of social processes as well as sects and new religious movements. She has explored, amongst others, how people use various methods of social influence to affect cognition, emotions and attitudes of other people, as well as the determinants and types of religious leadership. She is an activist in non-profit, charitable and volunteer organizations.
