Dear Candidates:

The intake 2024/2025 starts on March 20, 2024. The Winter Semester starts on October 1, 2024.

For international candidates, the admissions deadline is September 2, 2024.

Due to the time-consuming visa procedures resulting from the number of candidates interested in studying in Poland we strongly encourage candidates from South Asia, MENA, and African countries to apply no later than August 19, 2024.

For Polish residents or foreigners, who have been granted a residence permit to settle in Poland (Karta pobytu) the admissions deadline is September 16, 2024.

Admissions procedure step by step:

      Find the right course for you If you are not sure which course at Collegium Civitas would suit you best please visit our website: academic offer

      Fill in an Application Form

      Pay the application fee
    4. 4
      Submit your application as early as possible You have to upload the required documents via on-line admissions platform. Check out the list of documents that you need to submit to apply.

      Outcome of the assessment. Within 5 days you will receive information concerning the outcome of your application through the Collegium Civitas on-line admissions platform. Please note that in special circumstances the assessment can take longer than 5 days.

      Pay the tuition fee and sign the University-Student Agreement

      Reception of the official Acceptance Letter. We will issue a final Acceptance Letter as soon as your payment is confirmed. The letter will be sent to you by post.

    Secondary school leaving certificate with a copy of a secondary school transcript with grading scale. A transcript is an official written document which lists and certifies previous school achievements and explains the grading system applied.

    Apostille of the secondary school leaving certificate

    Candidates should authenticate their secondary school leaving certificate in the form of an Apostille.

    If your school leaving certificate has been issued by an institution working in an educational system of a country participating in the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961, legalization is carried out in the form of an Apostille placed in the original document or attached to it.

    English certificate

    Candidates should send a certificate of English proficiency unless they have finished their education in English. Medium of Instruction letter (sample) from the awarding institution needs to be sent. This confirms that the qualification was taught in English. Candidates without MOI letter must send a certificate of English proficiency. Here is a list of tests and passing scores that we accept.

    Legalization of the secondary school leaving certificate or Apostille

    Candidates should authenticate their secondary school leaving certificate in the form of a Legalization or an Apostille.

    a) If your school leaving certificate has been issued by an institution working in an educational system of a country participating in the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961, legalization is carried out in the form of an Apostille placed in the original document or attached to it.

    b) If your country does not participate in the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961 you should present legalization of your secondary school leaving certificate. Legalization can be issued by:

    – the Polish consul in the country where the certificate was issued or in the country in which the education system and school operate;

    – education authorities in the country where a certificate was issued or in the country in which education system and school operate;

    – an embassy or consulate of the country where the certificate was issued, located in Poland, in other EU, EFTA or OECD countries, or in the country in which the education system and school operate.

    Official confirmation concerning your eligibility to apply for Bachelor programmes

    Copy of a certificate stating that the submitted secondary school leaving certificate entitles the holder to apply for Bachelor studies in the country of issue (only if there is no such a comment/line stating such an entitlement on the diploma/transcript). Such a statement should be issued or certified by:

    – the institution that issued the secondary school leaving certificate

    – the education authorities of the country that issued the aforementioned certificate or in whose system of education the school operates

    Recognition of a certificate, a level of education or the right to continue education is not necessary in the case of:

    – certificates or other documents issued by schools operating in education systems of EU, OECD or EFTA members

    – IB diplomas (International Baccalaureate) issued by the International Baccalaureate Organization in Geneva

    – EB diplomas (European Baccalaureate) issued by European Schools in accordance with the Convention drawn up in Luxembourg on 21 June 1994;

    – certificates issued in countries with which Poland has signed bilateral agreements concerning the recognition of education for example: China, Belarus, Ukraine (certificates issued under agreements which have expired will still be recognized on the basis of those agreements).
