Only the application fee is not refundable. All other fees may be paid back in special circumstances upon writing a request, e.g. when a student could not obtain an entry visa, a medical emergency, etc.


All programs conducted in English are subject to the minimum enrollment of 20 students.  These programs will not open unless the minimum enrollment requirement is met.
